                     Mother of three, I have always loved being into fitness. My baby is 6 months and the other boy is 2 years old. When I found out I was pregnant with Micah I had already kind of been maybe 10lbs over my normal weight at the time. So my body has been through quite some roller coaster after creating life to my two little boys. As I very well know that new born babies come with so much joy, they also come with some depression. I had no time to be depressed. Almost three weeks after my little man was born, I began to excersize knowing that it will help lift my spirits. I became extremely dedicated to working out.First  I started with the Beachbody 21 day fix with Autume Cabrese. I did the challnge twice in a row loosing little over first 12 lbs, after I did a detox for 21 day. (Which was super hard and I was not able to commit the entire time) After that I re-did the 21 day fix challnge. After becoming a certified trainer I wasnted to start doing research on line. I wanted to create my own workouts. I started to find many great programs that showed you moved step by step and I became really into it. I  began weight training, boxing, running, I also became Piyo certified. I did months and months of research which is on going about foods and how they affect our bodies and even discovered that the foods we eat can make us happier beings. Feeling better about yourself and your bodies does make you feel like you have more energy and wanting to be active which in return makes you feel young and happy.

                  During this journey I noticed that many people often eat right and exercise and still feel really bad all the time, and I discover Meditation.  I did lots research on the benefits of Meditation. The nice trio combination helps you feel more alive and happier all together. Well it does for me and the people whom have followed what I have learned. I just want to help as many women and moms as possible to re love yourself, to feel alive to feel happiness. To feel they want to be around your family and want to be a better mother, sister, wife, daughter etc.

               Don’t we want to live in a place where people feel great about each other? Fitness is the ultimate drug and it makes your feel great and it will boost your confidence. I am here for you to help you, to support you to guide you in any of your challenges in life. To become a strong woman and love the life you live.

               Balance Bees is a company gear to helping women feel their best. Every month we create new fitness challenges. November will be a cardio circuit to try to keep our abs and core tight for the upcoming holidays. It is 28 day challenge, you are welcome to attend all day or just the ones you can make it to. We open up with a little five minute meditation usually focusing on this topics month of gratitude and after that you will get an amazing workout feeling great. After the workout we shall review a few great easy tricks to keeping healthy during the month with certain foods that will help lift your spirits. I also have many amazing beauty products to sample if you are interested in trying cream to help anti cellulite, lipo, and scrubs. Also amazing shampoo and conditioners samples.
